I see here that the last report you filed was 14 days ago, and the last e-mail we sent to your registered battle.net address was sent 9/22/2010, which matches that time line. I apologize if that e-mail never arrived, I can have a Game Master forward the message along again if you like.
However, it will be quite similar to the responses you have received in the past. With the issue that you are reporting, we are unable to divulge the steps that we take when investigating, and in this particular case regarding a reported loot scam, Game Masters are often unable to provide reimbursement or redistribution of items, though we may take action on the parties involved if there was a verifiable scam.
