Missing Astral Steed mount

Hello, I have not received my Astral Steed mount for my new character by mail yet. I purchased this months ago and it appears for my other characters, just not this one.

Am I missing something? BTW, my character is a level 28 if that helps. Thanks.

The mount is sent to the character the first time you log into the character after you have applied the Celestial Steed license to the account. From what I can see, Brelio, the mount was sent to your mailbox but it looks like it expired.

I'll see if I can refresh it for you. :)
