I received some pre paid codes to move my character and, a faction change do these codes ever expire? Or did they just get used my friend gave them to me so I'm not sure if she used them or they ran out.

Another thing is if I would receive codes to move realms and faction change I would go to item redemption correct? Also If i do redeem the codes do I have a certain time period to use them? Or do i have to use them right on the spot, That is all thank you.

Are you entirely certain those are valid, Lolimmune? As far as I am aware those types of codes are reserved for possible promotional giveaways as well as used in other circumstances. If your friend was provided a code you'll want to speak with your friend. You may also want to contact Billing and Account Services.

Technically, you would be unable to. We do not currently have an option available to gift transfers, faction changes or other paid services. You would have to log in and she enter her payment information during the process.
