Behavior is getting worst everyday

Hello,

I am writing this because I am very worried about players behavior in the last few months, right now the trade channel People are spaming 5 lines ascii messages with bad words and I cant open a ticket for differnt players at the same time.

Why dont blizzard adds a faster way to report this problems?

Does Blizzard cares about the game experiene or just about gear , classes balance and raids?

how hard is to implement a karma rating so trade flamers can be silence from trade and yell when poeple repor them ?

I been playing this game for 3 years and I remeber this was no always like that, I am thinking about no going into Cataclysm if this continue I wont pay $15 dlls /month for been insulitng by some fools do you?

I have many suggestions but I dont see blizzard doing anything to improve this.

As the others have stated, Neox, we do have a faster way of addressing such matters, the Report Spam feature. If a player is spamming (i.e. conveying the same or similar message multiple times in a short span or simply posting gibberish) right click on that persons chat line and select Report Spam.

Not only will that ignore that players account for your play session but it will send a report for review. This feature was originally implemented as not only a way to quickly deal with gold and other illicit advertisements but it is also a way for the realm's population to determine what type of behavior is accepted on the realm. The feature is most effective if others, who also do not care for this type of communication, use it as well.

Other type of harassment (i.e. inappropriate language,etc...) should still be reported via an in-game petition.
