Linked friend upgraded, still no mount?

Hello, about a month ago I linked my cousin, I know I did it right because it shows in the friend referral page that he is linked, and after he paid for two months, his icon turned green, indicating that he is a standard account. Again, this was about a month ago, and I still don't have either the free month of WoW or the exclusive two-person flying mount rewards! He paid by credit card, and it did go through a couple of days later. Any ideas on what might be amiss would be greatly appreciated.
