Trying to upgrade online .

Ok so im trying to upgrade online. Im on a trial account atm. Im typing in my debit card information its all good and there is money in the account blah blah. But when I go to submit it it says error something. Theres no way the card isnt good. Its just not taking for some odd reason. Im also on this account because my old account was wrongfully locked because of something about rejected payments. When it was my moms phones company. So my lvl 80 characters and all of my money is stuck on a locked account and i cant get it back unless i pay 70 something dollars out of my pocket. Which i cant. But i dont believe the support really care about the backstory and i suppose i dont blame them. Anyways would apreciate help on the Online Upgrade question.

Indeed, you would only need to identify yourself as the registered user on the account. If you can do that, we should be able to grant access to it once more.

If you are not the registered user (i.e. you are minor and your parent or legal guardian is registered to the account) then that person needs to provide verification.

As for your online transactions, Elamite, you may want to contact our Billing and Account Services department if you continue to have an issue.
