Other account banned

um im just wondering as iv sent in loads of emails after they all come back with the same generic bs that i was hacking on wow, on my other account when i was in a rehabilitation center when said hacking accured. Is there anyway im going to have my account unlocked? or are you blizzard going to keep it locked and say i was hacking when i wasnt becuase i couldnt physically as i had 2 broken arms unless i can play wow with my feet which is cool lol and screw me out of the thousands of dollars i payed on that account?

While the above advice is accurate and Account Administration is indeed the only department that can overturn a suspension such as this, I would be willing to offer some advice if there is anything I am able to provide. Please provide me the name and realm of a character on your account, and I would be willing to look into this further.
