Vanity/companion pets

I apologize for this question, as I suspect the answer is a resounding "no," but I couldn't find a reference to it on the forums or policies. Is it possible to get vanity pets "refunded"? I have several rare-drop pets I wish I'd given to a different character on my account and I really really really don't want to go and grind for them or pay thousands on the AH again. Thanks in advance, all.

Unfortunately, Agrannor, once a vanity pet or mount is learned it is added to your achievement total. This total can not generally be changed except in extremely rare circumstances as the Game Master department normally not able to add or remove achievements.

Good luck in acquiring those pets, Agrannor, hopefully you'll get lucky. :)
