Mistake with brewmaster achievement

I had been under the impression that the "Disturbing the Peace" achievement was still part of the meta for the Brewmaster achievement, and that I was able to buy the clothes for it, do the achievement, and sell them back. A friend had been coaching me on it and obviously he was wrong, as "Disturbing the Peace" is no longer part of the Brewmaster achievement and you can also no longer sell the clothes required for it back to get your tokens refunded. As a result, I will not be able to get enough tickets to buy the Brew of the Month subscription to get my Brewmaster title before the event ends (it is the last achievement I need for it). I am requesting that the clothes be refunded and the achievement associated with them removed so that I can get the Brewfest title this year, as I currently lost the opportunity through no fault of my own.

But I'm just asking that they reimburse me for the clothes and *remove* the achievement for them. There would be no advantage to doing that as there would be if i bought them, did the achievement, sold them back and still kept the achievement.

I'm sorry, Asphyxiates, but we are generally unable to add or remove achievement or achievement totals, this is both by policy and by functionality.

A refund for the purchase of these Brewfest items is also highly unlikely. You were able to have some of the items refunded through the vendor last year but that was not intended and has been fixed during this years event. I am sorry for what confusion that may have caused and that you may not be able to complete your meta this time around.
