Hacked and recovered - Blue Tracker

My problem is whom ever hacked my account used racial terms in trade and now it looks like i may have my acc suspended or closed. Is there any way i can appeal this to not happen?

Is it the account you are posting with, Fandara? If not can you give me the name and realm of a character on the account in question.

Based on the account login history, Fandara, I don't see any signs of unauthorized activity.

Does anyone else have access to the account?

I would recommend changing your account password and adding a Blizzard Authenticator would not be a bad idea.

Not in this case, an account warning was issued based on our penalty volcano. Keep in mind this type of behavior can lead to account closure. Feel free to review the following information on account penalties.
