Lost Authenticator

Allright. So I have an issue here...

I recently moved from Philly to VA, I've lost my authenticator for my other account, I do not have the serial, I do not have the original CD key either, that was YEARS ago.

The only issue with sending a picture of photo ID, is that I cannot get a new one of those until I once more recieve a birth certificate.

Is it possible to do this with a photocopy of maybe a bank card or a bill or something?

I did ot know this would be such a pain, otherwise I would have never purchased one of those things. It's now cost me my 80's and years worth of played time for the characters...

Only a government issued ID would be accepted, Oniriku.

  • Military ID
  • Birth Certificate
  • Passport
We take account security very seriously and for that reason we do not allow an authenticator to be removed without proper verification.
