Can a mod give me a final say on ICC BUFF

25 man icc, someone turned off the buff.

can it be turned back on.

ive searched all over, people say do this, do that. Mostly i see, "everyone get out and press "reset all instances" but ive NEVER seen that work.

then i see, everyone get out, wait 30m, NO ONE CAN ENTER!!! THE RAID OR IT RESETS!

then i see, send a GM ticket

then i see "you cant"

so what the hell is the deal with this... CAN you turn it back on or no?? if so, HOW...?

The buff may be turned back on if no bosses in your instance have been defeated, Uglymuglys. If no boss has yet been killed, then disbanding the raid and reforming it under a different raid leader (who must zone in FIRST before anyone else) should give you a fresh instance with the buff.

Otherwise, there is no other way to turn it back on at this time. =(
