Just got Hacked again! O.o

Ok, me again, and Hacked again, this time they changed my password, i beleive they're trying to theft the account (obviously).

I'll reinstall windows as fast as i can, is there a way that the account could be "not working" to prevent hackers changing the password again?

If your account becomes locked, you would need to contact Billing & Account Services to have it unlocked again. Further details would be e-mailed to your current registered e-mail address if such a precaution was taken on your account.
