I recruited my friend and he at first got a trial account, then upgraded and subscribed for 1 month recurring. It seems as though he still has the restrictions of a trial account, what can we do about this?
When an account is upgraded online, Xetia, trial restrictions can take up to 72 hours to be removed. Your friend will be able to level past 20, but he'll find he has trouble with chat and party privileges.
