Acc Hacked, Help!

Hello, what email should i send notice about Acc Hacked?? my acc has been hacked for the second time, even before changing email and password hackers were able to break into it.

I beleive there may be a malicious file or something in my pc that give them the information, so im planning on reinstalling windows.

They sold all itens from five 80 characters and obviously stole the money.

So, what email should i use to ask for help?

For recovery of items and gold, you will want to contact In-Game Support at [email protected] (or submit an in-game petition).

Alternatively, you can also use our Account Recovery Webform - this will create a new issue for our investigators to look into, as well as reset your password and/or remove any maliciously added authenticators from your account. I definitely advise making sure your computer is as secure as possible before utilizing this, however, or to use it from a computer you already know to be secure.
