Just wondering why I didn't get my free month

I got new games, new accounts, everything. Even put in the payment information like it says. And it showed my month ending at oct 1, (this all happened a month ago). So I figured i would just renew it then. But I was not able to play? I paid for another month. But I'm wondering why I did not receive it.

Let me take another crack at this one, I totally misunderstood your question above :)

On 9/1 this was turned into a full account - at that time a month was applied (free) which lasted till 10/1.

On 10/2 one month was paid for on a recurrent plan.

The initial month is the free one, and I see no refer a friend links on this account. Does that answer your question here?

This also looks like it's set up to bill recurrently, so if you do not wish that to happen, you need to cancel prior to 11/2 (I'd recommend a few days). Your current time available will continue until it expires, that just means it won't rebill.
