You should receive a Customer Satisfaction Survey in your email within 24 hours of speaking to a representative. I encourage you to fill this out as your responses are viewed by the supervisor of that individual. If the survey does not arrive, please email billing@blizzard.com with “Attn: Supervisors” in the subject line. If possible, please provide the name of the person you spoke with, the date, and the time you spoke with the rep, as well as a description of the issue at hand.

You should also receive a similar survey after correspondence with a Game Master. If you do not receive this survey, please take the time to email the Game Master Supervisors at wowgmfeedback-us@blizzard.com. If you can, be sure to reference the GM that assisted you and the issue they assisted you with.
