Account locked

hi everybody, this morning i tried logging in to my world of warcraft acountonly to find out it has been hacked and the hacker was doing some illegal stuff on it, which im not bothered to find out about. Anyway as the result of this my acount was locked for 3 hours and aftrer 3 hours it seems that the hacker went to work again and so my acount has been temporarily locked. I was sent an email saying how to retreive my acount, the only problem is that i am unable to do any of these methods. You see currently i am on holiday at my dads house in another country so iam unable to print out the form and mail/fax it to blizzard.The other problem is that the country i am staying at is 12 hours ahead of the US and so its a real hassle to call the billing and accounting thing. So I made a trial account to be able to post this question on the forums and what i am wondering is that is there another way to get my acount unlocked. Oh and the charecter name of my main toon is Snipeshell if that helps...

Based on your account history, Tuske, submitting the requested information is the only way to get back on the account.

As mentioned in the recovery form:

In other words, the information does not have to be faxed, you may e-mail it if you wish.

If you have any concerns in regards to what is required to recover the account, again, e-mail [email protected] directly.

In the future, Kalndrian, please make sure you open your own thread. While the root of the issue here is not being able to access or play the account without interruption, the cause is completely different than what Tuske is reporting.

You are normally sent an e-mail stating specifically why the account was banned. If you never received an e-mail, you will need contact [email protected]

If you are referring to the account you are posting with, it appears the account was reported for spamming. Based on your login history, your account does show signs of unauthorized use.

This isn't caused by anyone trying to go after you, as I mentioned above, your account was compromised. It can take anywhere from a few hours up to 48 for your chat privileges to be restored. If you wish to request to get this manually looked into, you may submit an in game ticket.
