Dissapearing quests

Hello,

Im currently working towards my 3k quest achievement and today when i logged off I had 2901/3000 quests completed. When I just logged on a few mins ago it dropped down to 2899 quests. I dont understand why my quests dissapeared like that.

I looked up on wowhead and other sources to find out where they might be going or why they are no longer being counted but i cannot find out any information. Any help as to why for a couple times now ive lost credit for quests would be appreciated.

It is quite likely the quests that 'disappeared,' Rigororctis, are daily quests. Some dailies will count towards the total, but the next day when they reset, will change your quest count.
