Wrong Zone Message

I keep getting a red message across my screen that says "you are in the wrong zone". I am not sure what this is all about. I am in my area's starting zone, the zone where I have quests (I am making a new warrior toon and it is only level 10), how is that the wrong zone?

If someone could explain it to me I would really appreciate it because, at this point it is just annoying.
