can this be removed from my b.net account? every time i log in i think im in beta, then i see trial :(

You don't necessarily have to call Billing for this type of issue, Caranthir. In this case, this issue could likely be resolved via an e-mail sent from your Battle.net registered address instead, though it may take a little longer to have it resolved that way.
