Procedural question re. closed accounts

When Blizzard suspects that an account is hacked, and that account gets closed, are characters on that account somehow automatically removed from their guild(s), even if the account is restored?

If so, does that removal somehow NOT show up in a guild's logs?

If not, is there any procedure, short of transferring a character to a different account on the same realm, that will cause a character to leave its guild, WITHOUT it showing up as a gquit in the guild's logs?

If we believe an account is being used by an unauthorized party we will security lock the account, not close it.
Our game masters will then investigate the account and look for anything that may have gone missing during the time of the compromise.

If a character is legitimately part of the guild, we will not remove the character from the guild. Our game masters may have to take action in cases were a character may have been exploitatively added to the guild for malicious purposes. Guild logs however will not show any characters removed by a game master.

A character transfer or faction change will most likely be the case.
