BoAs in the mailbox of a deleted toon

Ok, so i mailed some BoAs to a level 1 alt that i was going to level with a friend but we decided to make them a difforent race. I deleted the charicter with the BoAs in the mailbox. Are they lost? i havent got them back in the mail if they do come back and its been a week please help :(

I was able to locate the character, both mails were returned to sender's Karzon and Kellso.
