Switching Battle.Net Email

Quick question:

If I wanted to change my Battle.net/Account email to something else, I would have to contact billing, correct? The reason I ask is I had someone I do not know try to connect to me via RealID, and it gave me a bit of a scare. Since my email is similar to my real name (as I use it for side work, as well as gaming), I'd really like to change it to avoid this in the future.

It may end up being someone from my guild, but I can't be too careful these days.

I'm not going to be able to give too much info here, Bram, but you used two words for your SQ/A. If you are unable to recall what you used, then you will indeed be required to contact Billing & Account Services:
