My buddy has his RAF mount but I don't

I've waited until the accounts expire to see if I got the RAF mount yet and I just check, the account link expired and I still DON'T have my RAF mount but my friend does have his.
Any ideas??

To confirm, your friend has not been charged for the second month as of yet, since he is paying with a credit card you will need to wait until the billing cycle starts.
