How to Contact In-Game Support

- Press the Help Request button. (signified by a red ?)
- Select one of the following:
-Talk to a GM
-Report Issue
-Character Stuck
- Review the text and click on the "Open a Ticket" button (or "Auto-Unstuck" if you chose Character Stuck)
- Enter a description of the issue.
- Press the "Submit" button.
Alternatively, you could send a detailed e-mail from your registered battle.net e-mail address to wowgm@blizzard.com - fundamentally, this functions the same as placing an in-game petition. >^.^< In your case, you would want to include as much information regarding your lost characters as possible: name, realm, class, race, and approximate level would be most appreciated!
