Bnet account name

first of all i know how crazy this is going to sound but here goes:

for some reason my battlenet account has a different owner name than what it is suppose to, actually it isnt even a name, just initials. . is there anyway to change this and what info would i have to have to change it?

i believe i have all the necessary account info.

As Coresala stated, contacting Account Services would be the department to contact, Gotrage.

Before placing the call, be sure you have the authentication keys attached to this account. While name changes are not always guaranteed, having the authentication keys increases the likelihood your request will be accommodated.
