Q u o t e:
My sons account was just hacked apparently over last night, they hacked his e-mail which e is locked out of now, and added an authenticator making it impossible to log into that game, what do we do?
The best thing to do in this case is to contact Account Services, Grumpin.
The Account Recovery Form is ideal is situations where the player still is able to access the registered email address on the account. During the recovery process we will generate a password reset email and provide the ticket number for the petition. Since your son has been locked out of his email address a new email address should be created specifically for Battle.net.
Before all else, you may wish to perform full system scans on any computer the game is played on. Scan with the game running as well. When at the log in screen type a fake email address and a fake password. Doing so will “activate” the malicious program and therefore should be detected in the scans.
