Was this worth making a ticket over?

I just recently created a ticket because I noticed some toons speed hacking and making the form of a URL, while in stormwind. The ticket was reviewed because a GM gave me a response but I didn't speak with this GM personally.

Was this something worth reporting via an in-game ticket or was I wasting the GMs time? Im just wondering so that in the future I will know if I should report things like this or not.

Q u o t e:
There are detection routines which normally pick up on and forcibly eject these individuals from the game, but they aren't perfect.

If they have been around for several minutes, please do open a ticket with the key phrase "body advertisement" in it, to prioritize it for the GMs to deal with.

They typically do not respond to these kinds of tickets, because of the nature of the problem (and the necessity for a rapid solution).

Exactly. :) Though our Developers have thus far been unable to block this type of exploitation without negatively impacting legitimate players, we were able to implement some methods of detection that are able to find and deal with them fairly quickly. As Pahanda said if they persist for awhile feel free to report them and our In-Game Support staff will take a look.
