Why is a game that has more than 15 million subscribers collecting 15 dollars a month from each have problems hiring people to help service customers in a timely manner? The simple fact is that Blizzard does not want to take care of their customers, they simply want your subscription fee and for you to shut up and play the game bugs and all. The fact that they put out a product with glitches is one ting, the fact that they tell you to suck it up is another thing all together. Compensate players that consistenly run into the same problems, it is called customer service, keep your customers happy so they stay customers. Quit hiding behind your terms and conditions that allow you to blow off all the players with legitimate problems. The fact that you have lasted this long is testament to the fact that the game is fun, whether or not you continue to attract new customers or lose marketshare to new games like the upcoming Star Wars game or console games will be seen. A simple suggestion TAKE CARE of your subscribers there is a breaking point for everyone and when you lose enough people the rest wont stick around either because there will be no reason to play a game that no one else plays.

The last I checked this was not the “Complaint Forum” but rather the “Customer Service Forum”, Kazaban.

"Glitches" could be a number of things. It could be a legitimate bug or possibly a tech-related issue. We have the Bug Report Forum for this reason. We also have the PTR’s so people can report issues before the content is released publicly. Bugs may be missed, which is why we would hope our players would report these findings accordingly.

It also sounds like you are looking for a quick fix to the issue: “This is broken and it needs to be fixed NOW!” I am sorry to be the one to tell you this, Kazaban, but that is just not possible. You may have to “suck it up” temporarily until a fix, if whatever it is, is broken, until the issue can be addressed and tested further.

Now, with all of that said, if you have any sort of dispute with the service you have received you will find the contact information for the departments that offer support below:
