Need Help with RAF - Blue Tracker

I tried to RAF with my Brother 10 Days ago, he waited. played the trial out. got the battle chest. Try to use the CD Key for Vanilla wow worked, but the BC wow CD key Said "Error, Please try later". So he tried the next day. My Main account On Kil 'Jeadin. I have 10 toons and he Just caught up to my lowest level 40 druid. so we can Level together and RAF did not work.I check my Account management it did not work still. Should I Call Blizzard Billing and support? or Email them.

can i have a blue response?

From what I can see, Nectanebus, it looks like a trial account was created before the Recruit a Friend invitation was sent. The standard non-RaF trial account would be listed as WOW1 on the account, this is the account that was upgraded to a standard account and then with Burning Crusade.

WOW2, is the Recruit a Friend trial account, which was not upgraded.

Your Brother will need to contact our Billing and Account Services department during business hours. Since the account was recently created they may be able to transfer the link or account upgrade to the appropriate account and allow the two of your to start gaining Recruit a Friend benefits.

Just the two accounts in question, and the issue at hand. Basically you need them to fix your links if it's possible to do so.
