Authenticator Not Arriving

Hello fellow WoW players and Blizzard employees. I have a terrible situation on getting my authenticator.

Over two months ago, I ordered my first authenticator. I waited the three weeks time that was predicted for it to arrive, but to no avail. I then contacted Blizzard's Billing and Accounting Support about it, and they shipped out a new one, free of charge. (Shortly after this, my account was hacked, luckily my gear was returned within a few hours.) I waited three weeks for this new authenticator to arrive, but again, I received nothing. Just a few days ago, I recontacted Blizzard's Billing and Accounting Support about not receiving it, but I have not gotten a reply on whether or not I'm being sent another.

To make a long story short, I've gotten two authenticators shipped to me, but I have gotten nothing so far. Can anyone help me with this issue?

Also, I am a US citizen and have received a lot of things at the same shipping address that Blizzard has been supplied with.

Well, I am terribly sorry you are having such a time getting your authenticator, Shido.

Billing would be the department to followup on this with, however. They are over the store and outgoing orders of that nature.

I do see a note here on 9/11 that an order was returned as undeliverable and a refund was processed. I also notice on your account, you have a PO Box if that is the same on your store information - that's likely the reason. We cannot deliver to a PO Box.

I'd contact Billing at your earliest convenience to investigate how we might be able to get this to you or where the second may be.
