Plaguebringer, no loot, waiting on ticket

Last night I got a group together for the weekly, which was plaguebringer

We head to Naxx clear the trash, we engage the boss..... and right as he teleports he dies

leaving him dead on the platform where he teleports too.

There is no way to loot him and some people left the raid once it glitched so there was no way to even go up and around.

I put in a ticket last night when it happened

but im just curious how long im gonna have to wait

I know I know its only naxx gear, but it would be nice to know what he dropped... have a RL friend who just got his shaman to 80 and he was there

can a blue post and let me know about how long im gonna have to wait for my open ticket

Queue times are at around 1 day 8 hours, Iolmk, according to the @BlizzardCS twitter feed. Just make sure you leave your petition open and someone will look into it as soon as possible.

Be warned that your issue will require a bit of investigation so it will likely need to be escalated so that can happen. This usually extends wait time on the issue by a couple of hours but they'll be able to look into what may have dropped and if you were the Master Looter they'll ask you who to give what item to.
