Account hacked after long absence

I have just logged on after a period of absence from the game to find my account hacked. I have opened a ticket but has gotten no response. Can I get someone to advise me on what should be doing now?

Your ticket is currently being addressed, Ahgirl. Since the account is now under your control, the best thing you can do is make sure you secure your computer.
