Hello, My account has been hacked and email changed, i have done the account recovery and got a email saying i have to print off a form and mail it in blah blah.. but can i just call and verify it is my account instead of filling out that form and mailing it in?

Account security is very important to us, Atechi. For that reason, if a form was requested you will need to fill it out and send it in.

Digital Submission
Attach the files to an email and send it to [email protected] with the subject Account Recovery.
