So for the second time, I get "your account has been locked due to suspicious activity". Then it makes me change my already strong as hell password.

My account has never been hacked in 5 years.

I have an authenticator as well, have never even thought about buying gold, and don't share my account with friends...

Is there a reasonable explanation as to why you keep locking me out?

What am I doing that is suspicious? Can you atleast give me the "exact" suspicious activity you saw in tonight's case?

It is unlocked now, after I followed your email, but why 2 times this months after 5 years of nothing?

Q u o t e:
Reason why they cant give you specific reason is because blizzard themselves dont even know. Blizzard uses automation to monitor and catch players that are using automation.
This is not true at all Mykall. We will not disclose sensitive account information simply to prove everything is working as intended.
Q u o t e:
No wonder why the bots can only laugh at blizzards fail methods to stop them...
As we have previously stated we look for permanent solutions for these type of issues.

Velouria,

Looking at your login history, your last few logins are not consistent to what it has previously been. Its possible that battle.net will still soft lock the account based on this. If you do however notice these locks occur more often in very short periods of time using the same connection, I recommend you contact our billing and account services. With additional verification, they may be able to assist you with reducing the amount of account locks you experience.
