Account Hacked and Banned

My Girlfriends account was hacked and banned within 5 min and while she was trying to get on she got a message from her e-mail saying her password was changed then two min latter she was banned and I check her status my self on battlenet on her account and it says it banned. I know she was not on when it happened because I was on the phone with her when it happened. Need guidance on what to do now to get her unbanned.

The first course of action, Akemken, should be to secure your girlfriend's computer and find the source of compromise.

Then, she should review the following information to report her account as compromised and contact In-Game Support for any possible recoveries.
