My brother is extremely excited, and finally picked up a Laptop for himself, powerful enough to play Starcraft II.
I began explaining to him that he can add me onto his REAL ID friends list, where we can chat through WoW, SCII, and other games in the future to come by Blizzard. I sent out the invitation, and he accepted.
This afternoon he began messaging me talking about plans to play for this evening. I quickly noticed he has completely misspelled our last name. Rather, it's a very small error, and I'm not sure of what are the necessary steps are to get this fixed as soon as possible.
This game, as well as the company is very popular, and he doesn't have an Authenticator on his account. I explained how difficult it could be to recover a compromised account, especially when your name is not matching the one on the account.
If a Blue can have a look, he literally spelled our last name with an 'm', instead of an 'n'. ("_ _ _ _ _ n" is our real last name on my account). If there is no chance of a small change to be requested which is understandable, can you please tell me the necessary steps to take of this as soon as possible?
Thank you very much,
