Quite the common phish these days - I've removed the link from your post, in the future, you'll want to avoid putting that in the public eye. ;) Some people are too curious for their own good.

In the future, it's best to handle these suspicious whispers by right-clicking on the player's name and using the [Report Spam] option. It'll let us know what's up without the hassle of putting in a petition, and will also place that entire account on a temporary ignore list until the next time you log out. >^.^<
