Question regarding ninjad items

The lootmaster had group loot ON till we reach the elementium ore part inside BWL. then he set to master looter, nobody noticed. took 5 ores and never gave a chance for anyone roll.

Also, when he recruited us he didnt say those were reserved.

How do i proceed?
