Suspended for botting?

I have another account, character name: Multiply on Cho'gall, who was suspended, allegedly, for botting. The problem is

1. I have never botted and dont know how to
2. I have never bought/sold gold
3. I have never used a powerleveling service

So I'm kind of confused as to why I've been suspended for "Explotative activity" when none has ever taken place on my account, and no "third party software" has ever been used. I've played alot recently which maybe triggered Blizzard's unknown/secret algorithm for detecting botting.

This is pretty silly honestly. Receiving a 72 hour ban for seemingly no legitimate reason. Is another unprovoked suspension coming down the pipe? Beats me :(

I'm afraid I can't discuss the details with you, Rambozo - that is only for Account Administration to do, and as they have already upheld the action repeatedly, I'm not sure there is much other advice I can offer you. I do wish you the best of luck, however, in finding the cause if you feel this was in error.
