Faction Xfer won't work for me

I'm trying to faction transfer and it just keeps giving me an error message on the page where you enter credit card information.

That is the exact message, Narthax? Or does it say something to the effect of "The information entered is not valid"?

Unfortunately our only advice would be to try clearing your browsers cookies/cache and reloading before trying again, perhaps try an alternate browser if you have one available. Some browsers seem to be less compatible than others.

Make sure the information you are entering is correct and if you keep getting an error give our Billing and Account Services department a call during business hours. They may be able to help figure out what the issue is and may be able to manually process the order.
