Screwed up my UI.

I was trying to get some mods working and I tried out spartanui, but I didn't like it so I disabled it, now my UI is pretty messed up and looks like this:

Excellent advice and likely to resolve the issue for you, Fontainè. Though if it doesn't you may need to reset your User Interface to default as Eilethalua suggested.
