Last night, I had requested a restore (in-game ticket) for a character I had deleted and had restored several times for a few reasons (boredom, accident, etc). This afternoon, I log in to find a letter in my mailbox that leaves me a bit confused.

Greetings!

Thank you for contacting us regarding your exploitation concern. Due to unusually long wait times, we are unable to respond directly via chat to your issue.

We want to assure you that we will investigate the matter and take all appropriate action. We appreciate your assistance in keeping World of Warcraft a clean and fun environment for everyone and thank you for contacting us, as well for your time and understanding!

Please be advised that we will be unable to respond via in-game mail.

It looks like I got the wrong macro, so I went back to my character list and did the whole list refresh thing, and there's nothing but my warlock. I can only assume that my request was denied, but, if possible, could someone look into it?

The character in question was Mukua, a level 73 Tauren Shaman on Wyrmrest Accord.

No result, my warlock is standing there all lonely!

I'm going to wait a bit and see if I can get a blue response here before I open another ticket.

No need to open another ticket at this time, Illethina.

Give me a moment to look into this a bit further for you and I will report back with the findings. :)

Many thanks in advance!

You are very welcome!

I come with good news! The character has been restored! :D

Go ahead and exit the game complete, re-launch the game, and log in. If you do not see the character on the realm create a new character, log in, log out, and the character should appear.

As you know restorations are never guaranteed. Keep this in mind before you decide to delete this character or others in the future.
