Extremely long wait for a ticket answer

I put a ticket in to speak to a GM almost 24 hours ago and am still waiting for a resolution of some kind. Ordinarily it wouldn't bother me but in this case it is. I figured Id get a response on here b4 I get one in game.

Perhaps I can find out whether Im wasting my own and the GM's who apparently no longer work anymore, time. I joined a PuG ICC10 after 4 bosses had been killed to help a friend out. I killed virtually 0 trash and certainly 0 bosses were down in the hour or so I was in there. My problem? Im now saved to that raid I.d for no reason. I was told GM's can and will occasionally "unlock" the instance I was saved to so I can actually run another new ICC 10 and actually get some rep and bosses down.

Is this correct? Is this a time I might be able to get unlocked form an ICC 10 man?

Greetings Ephedrine,

I apologize for the slow response. Our current queue time for in game tickets is roughly 22 hours. Just about the time you waited.
Q u o t e:

Thanks for that, perhaps I shall polish up on my social etiquette.

Also you are correct in that they will not reset I.D's for any reasons or very rarely. Wish Id have come here last night to ask instead of wasting my and the GM's time in game.

Thanks for your help ;o)
As Kelish mentioned, in most cases a raid reset will not be possible. You are however welcome to submit an in game ticket for further review. In this case as I can see, your request could not be granted by our game masters. As the game master mentioned we apologize for any inconvenience and we thank you for your understanding.
