Brew of the Month Club - Problem

I joined Brew of the Month Club on 10/02/09 (last year). I am unable to buy from the Brew Vendor in Ironforge. I get a message saying brews are available to members only. I have been getting the monthly brews in email, etc without problem. Today I tried to buy from the vendor and was unable to do so.

1) Do you have to renew membership each year?

2) Is there some other kind of problem?
