I've researched this topic a lot but my circumstance is a bit different.

I know that in virtually no circumstances are you to have your account upgraded. However, I bought 2 accounts for RAF, and upgraded both to BC, just so I could smoothly transition to Outlands. But I never leveled past 60 and the characters aren't even on the accounts. This was within the past 6 months. Still no luck on downgrading to Vanilla?

Is there some particular purpose you desire to go backwards on expansions?

Sentimental purpose. In addition to the whole point of ONE of those two RAF's was to only be Vanilla. I'm n not asking for a refund, but I made a simple mistake at some ungodly hour in the morning trying to get some quick alts leveled. I never even stepped foot in Outlands and now those accounts are frozen with NO characters on them.

We just don't roll expansions back as a rule, Vahaski.

You do know if you wished to use those accounts and stop at 60, you can turn off experience, right?
