Flagged for rename - Blue Tracker

I just did a server transfer and faction change on my level 71 Shaman, went from Horde on Aegwynn to Alliance on Emerald Dream. Name is Necessity.
I renamed her and everything, and the name was available. I did not sign onto her yet though, I went on an alt character to send her my 3 heirloom items, and they sent fine.
Now when I try to log onto my shaman it says that she has been flagged for rename.
I have already entered her a name and sent BOA items to her, so i can't change her name or I will lose the items won't I?
I have put in a petition, and read that it was because I did not log on in between the two services. Can anyone please help, I really don't want to lose 3 BOA's or the name I had wanted for her.

The issues is that the first process was not fully completed, as stated above, due to the fact that you did not log into the character between the two processes. I have taken the liberty of removing the notice that if requesting you to change your name, Necessity, and you should now be able to log into the game successfully.

Give it a shot and let me know how it goes, please. :0)
