Are pre-paid credit cards acceptable?

is it possible to use pre-paid credit cards / gift credit cards for character transfer name changes and such?...can anyone help me with this it would help alot

Prepaid credit cards may or may not be accepted, Opeternäl. There is no guarantee the payment will be accepted.

If the card you purchased came with instructions be sure to review them entirely as there may be specific details concerning online purchases. If you needed to register the card, perhaps there is a period of time that needs to go by before they can be used online.

If the issue persists, you may wish to contact Account Services by phone so they can attempt to process the transfer for you. As a friendly reminder, today is maintenance day and our paid services will be unavailable until the maintenance is completed.
