Cannot change account password!

I had to change my password because the account got locked, but when I enter my email and first/last name, I get an error message that says the email/name combination does not exist.

I called Blizzard to fix the issue and all I was given was a password change. I was able to log in fine, but when I tried to log in the next time, I was forced to do another password change due to locked account. I don't want to spend another 30 minutes on the phone, so is it possible to have this issue cleared up here?

When you were attempting to update your information originally, Palioh, did you ever check your system and make sure it was secure? If you changed your information the first time and it was changed again someone may have access to account specific information.
